SeaGlass Title is a personal, local, and customer-focused provider of real estate title services that is committed to fairness, honesty, and professionalism. We have offices in St. Johns County and Duval County and will also travel for closings to wherever is convenient for our customers.
We offer years of experience in the real estate title industry and also have an attorney to assist with legal issues. Whether you’re a lender, broker, real estate agent, investor, builder, or individual who is looking to close real estate transactions smoothly, SeaGlass Title is the right choice for your needs.

SeaGlass Title provides title, closing, and escrow services for both residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the state of Florida.
Our role as Escrow Agent
As part of our service in performing your closing, we will be glad to also act as your escrow agent to hold any required deposits in your transaction at no additional cost. All monies are handled in accordance with the strictest standards of the Florida Bar, insuring that your money is handled professionally and without incident.
Community Support
Dawn Janson, founder and owner of SeaGlass Title and a native of St. Augustine, is committed to always doing what is right, assisting others in need, and consistently giving back. Through Dawn’s generosity, a minimum donation of $25 is made for every transaction closed at SeaGlass Title—and we close hundreds of transactions a year! The charities SeaGlass Title supports have two things in common: they are local and they help children in some form or fashion. It’s a true commitment to the community.
Why The Name “SeaGlass?”
Dawn Janson, owner of SeaGlass Title, and her fiancé started walking the beaches near St. Augustine Pier in the evenings several years ago looking for sea glass. Like searching for sharks teeth, it becomes addicting! They have walked tens of hundreds of miles on various beaches throughout the United States looking for sea glass while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful beaches. Over the years they’ve also taught other friends and family how to search for the beautiful pieces of ocean-worn glass. Dawn and Chris save their collection in an oversized 2.5 gallon mason jar they keep at home in hopes of one day filling the jar.
